Hyper Casual Games

As a producer at Pandora I am responsible for producing hyper casual mobile game projects with a focus on publications with major publishers in the market.

Functions

-  Ensuring game development runs smoothly so it stays within budget, time, team health, and goals
- Contribute to game designers to meet the business aspects and reach metrics
- Tracking tests and metrics like CPI, D1 D3 D7 retention, CTR, et
- Align milestones and mitigate risks
- Be the communication bridge between executives and the development team
- Identify and implement production process improvements

Main contributions

- I improved the production process of hyper casuals so that we could produce about 3-4 small projects per month, having to adapt processes like Scrum and Kanban for that
- Management of 3 teams/projects simultaneously containing programmer, game designer and artist
- Deployment and maintenance of tools like JIRA. Click Up, Miro and Discord.
- Implementation of processes and conduction of dailies meetings, retrospectives, ideation and review of new games
