The main role as coordinator was to coordinate the team to develop pedagogical materials for the SuperGeeks franchise, in this case, handouts, video lessons and quizzes.
Functions
- I acted as a Scrum Master to assist the team with brainstorming, doubts and problems in the production of teaching materials content
- Conduct selection processes and interviews for new instructors for units throughout Brazil
- Provide technical-pedagogical support and training courses to teachers and franchisees
Main Contributions
- Implementation and maintenance of an agile methodology to be able to maintain the deliveries and communication of the remote team.
- Create and conduct monthly meeting cycles with all teachers and franchisees to improve pedagogical processes.
- Development of business and product strategies for the company, resulting in being invited to be the franchise's product manager.
