With my own studio (Vinte Três) we delivered a serious game project to the company Elleven Treinamentos that aims to complement its online Time Management course.
Functions
- Conduct meetings and requirements gathering with client
- Conducting Scrum (plannings/retros/reviews) with a small team
- Management of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Discord, Google Drive and Miro in order to document and streamline communication
